H2 Advisors ("H2 Advisors," "we," "us," or "our") operates h2adv.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover information you provide to us directly by email, telephone, or in the course of a professional engagement, which is governed by our engagement terms and applicable professional standards.
1. Information you give us
Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect:
- Full name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Telephone number (optional)
- Service of interest (optional)
- Your message (required)
This information is delivered to us by email through our email provider. It is not stored in a database on the Site.
Business Valuation Tool. When you use the valuation tool we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Industry
- Number of employees
- Years in business
- Annual revenue
- EBITDA
This includes confidential financial information about your business. We use it to generate the estimate the tool returns and to follow up with you about H2's services. Submissions are recorded in a private spreadsheet accessible only to authorized H2 personnel.
We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2. Information collected automatically
Google Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information including your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, and referring website. This information is processed by Google. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout for Google's browser opt-out.
Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard server request information, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and securing the Site.
Browser storage. The Site stores a single value in your browser's session storage to avoid replaying an animation on repeat visits. It contains no personal information, is not used for tracking, and is cleared when you close your browser.
3. Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the Site. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.

- To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations
5. Legal basis and lawful processing
We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services.
6. How long we keep information
We retain contact form submissions and Business Valuation Tool submissions for 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details in Section 10 and we will remove it.
7. Your choices and rights
You may:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us to stop contacting you
- Opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on linked above
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information submitted through the Site, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that receive it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Site. Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, financial account numbers, or tax documents through the contact form or valuation tool. If we need that information for an engagement we will provide a secure method for sending it.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
